Like everyone else, life has ups and downs and in these stories the downs are in darker places than the first two collections of Rainbow stories. Timothy has a certain way with women and Kevin certainly loves animals; it\’s a shame he\’s less tolerant of people. Karl is a people person, just a little too often. Life throws us curve-balls and for our Rainbow characters some episodes are somewhat surreal, a little more dark and, at times, a bit . . . different.
